Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (Females only)
NTG Group is now looking to hire a Junior Technical Support Engineer to work for one of the biggest technological organizations in KSA. The candidate will be responsible for providing phone and ticket support for all managed/co-managed infrastructure/technologies tickets while owning end-to-end back-office incidents resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to internal Employees of a well-known telecom organization in KSA through different channels.
- Resolve tickets, troubleshoot technical issues,
- liaise with other departments to resolve technical, hardware, software and application issues. .
- Be the first point of contact for employees who need technical assistance.
- Perform technical trouble shooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Provide training/demonstration to employees on web applications /requesting access credentials.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions.
- Report and escalate technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Respond to technical issues via email and other communication channels.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Basic experience in technical support.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Basic Knowledge of ticketing systems and remote desktop software.
- Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting tools.
