Job Description
- Studying the market & the potential jobs.
- Reviewing the projects specifications & requirements.
- Preparing commercial and technical bids proposal.
- Following up and negotiating with clients until finalizing the jobs.
- Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts to achieve annual sales targets.
- Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts and identify new potential customers within the allocated sales area.
- Contract, LOA and LOI review
- Preparing the project costing and handing it over to the construction department.
- Cooperation with the construction department in case of any contractual problems that occur during the execution.
- Achieving the sales target while maintaining the required profit margins.
- Monitor feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with company products.
- Maintain an awareness of sales and other developments amongst competitors and pass any relevant information to the appropriate company staff.
- Maintain an awareness of developments in sales generation and product development.
- Direct and control the company’s sales staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet all sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Engineering Degree qualified.
- Exceptional level of computer literacy in Windows – Word, Outlook, Excel
- Excellent written and spoken English
- 5 years experience in a similar role (construction Chemical )
- Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience within the sales, contracts and procurement fields – experience working in a similar role preferable ( construction chemical )
- Must have outstanding communication skills and capable of representing the company on technical/commercial issues with the clients.
- Ability to relate and interact successfully with a multi‐cultural workforce at all levels is essential
- Must be able to work both independently with a proactive approach and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Should have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Knowledge and experience of marketing and sales
- Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
