Job Description
A construction business development is instrument in driving new business for our construction company and to identify the right opportunities and build long term relations with the right prospects .
his main goal is to bring a new clients and contracts to the company using his relations and data base
Responsibilities:-
- Drive business growth by taking on active approach towards identifying new opportunities
- Conduct market and customer research to bring a new prospect , contracts to the company
- Conduct market analysis and get to know the competition and to know the good new projects in the market
- Adopt excellent communication and data base that help getting new and the right project to our company
- Identify market opportunities and create development plans and growth projects .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering . prefer a degree in construction management (is a plus)
- At least 10+ years of experience with a proven successful record
- At least last 5 years working in the Egyptian construction market
- Proven Record for successful projects of new contracts
- Excellent communication skills with strong and excellent reputation in the Egyptian construction market
