Job Description

  • Create, publish, manage, and administrate original and high quality content on social media platforms "Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram..., etc…" as well as other platforms “Property Finder, OLX, etc…”
  • Liaise with sales team and with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) against goals (ROI and KPIs) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Perform SEO (search engine optimization) and work on generating organic traffic.
  • Perform brand awareness campaigns on social media using Google Ads.
  • Real estate campaigns administrator
  • Continually test/optimize existing campaigns to identify areas of improvement.
  • Work closely with our Sales & Product leaders.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Real Estate field.
  • Understanding how to use all research and lead generation tools.
  • Experience managing end-to-end campaigns and knowledge of best practices for outreach
  • Experience managing inbound lead data processes.
  • A clear understanding and hands-on experience of digital marketing channels, techniques & tools including (but not limited to) PPC, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, Affiliates & Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and results-driven thinking.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audience and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad campaigns.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus
