Job Description
- Build a sales planning framework with a purpose to achieve the best planning results.
- Carry out yearly sales planning –business plan (set company’s sales financial and strategic goals, define priorities, strategies, target sectors, deadlines), involving sales teams in the planning process.
- Ensure sales plan implementation throughout the year – track, push and motivate the sales team and team managers, report the progress to the management.
- Lead strategic cooperation with other departments.
- Report personally and ensure sales team managers’ reporting in a
- Review, evaluate, and adjust if needed sales procedures and ways to achieve better results.
- Track and analyze leads coming from Telesales.
- Ensure sales teams are carrying out the sales process within defined quality procedures.
- Ensure the telesales department is updated on the latest product developments, sales strategies, new procedures, and market situation.
- Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and
- Deliver necessary initial training needed for new hires for them to be qualified to carry out their responsibilities.
- Ensure proper distribution of workload among the sales team managers.
- Set and periodically review career goals with each sales team.
- Carry out sales team managers’ appraisals defined a number of times per year.
- Generate strategic leads and perform a complete sales cycle with interested customers within defined quality and sales procedures and deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in selling software solutions (a must).
- Good knowledge in the software field.
- Advanced sales and pre-sales skills.
