- Collaborate with sales team on managing and resolving commission-relate issues.
- Carries responsibility for debit/credit memo transaction in AR module
- Analyze and assess accuracy of sales reports.
- Provide solutions for ad hoc requests related to customer transactions.
- Collaborate with sales team on managing and resolving commission-relate issues.
- Developing inventory analysis reports and analyzing variances
- Verifying accurate standard costs
- Monitoring inventory transactions
- Reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger
- Preparing monthly journal entries as needed
- Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Provide support to human resources-related needs Such as:
- Monitor and record each employee attendance
- Collect Performance Management sheets and send it to the head office.
- Prepare monthly payroll& issue payslips.
- Monitor all sales transactions vs the budget in collaboration with Area DC Sales manager & Sales supervisor and ensure that it is structured and managed in a cost-effective, value-driven manner.
Job Requirements
Academic & professional qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in commerce with a major in accounting is preferred
- Zero to three years of professional accounting experience.
Professional Knowledge & Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite applications – Excel, Word, Outlook is required.
- Good Communication, Presentation and analysis skills
- Ability to get along well with others.
