Job Description

  • Travel Telesales Agent shall provide product/services information for calling customers (existing or potential) inquiring about our announced travel packages, and be persuasive enough to convince them to join the offered packages.
  • The best candidates are genuinely excited to help customers.
  • The target is to ensure excellent communication & presentation of offered packages to turn the received calls from customers into SALES.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming and follow-up calls in a timely manner.
  • Cooperate with clients to determine their travel needs and reply to all related inquiries about the destination, travel dates, visa procedures, accommodations, trip detailed itinerary, and convince them to join the offered trips.
  • Build sustainable relationships and follow up with customers to meet their current & future travel needs.
  • Learn & apply all the company's CRM system to keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Report daily updates to the marketing & operation teams about sales activity to take the necessary actions for execution (flights, hotels, visa).

Job Requirements

  • Must be patient, concerned, and passionately communicative. Love to talk.
  • Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Basic knowledge with travel websites for flights & hotels (ability to develop such skill through training).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Good English & computer skills.
  • Proven experience as customer service/tele sales representative/sales role will be a plus.
  • Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
  • Preferably Nasr City residence (not more than 30 min distance to Zaker Hussine street).
