About the Job

We are looking for a Purchasing/Procurement Specialist with 3 - 5 years of experience in purchasing, ideally with a Supermarket or a Convenience Store Chain.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Interface on a weekly basis with the suppliers to update prices, promotions and offers.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to get the best possible terms.
  • Prepare and send purchase orders.
  • Follow-up on suppliers deliveries.
  • Review pricing on all orders.
  • Receive, inspect and approve orders at our external locations in Cairo.
  • Organize and update Suppliers records.
  • MUST be OK with working outdoors at our external locations in addition to the Headquarters.
Job Requirements


  • Willingness to work outdoors at our external locations.
  • Good negotiations skills.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Good computer skills.


  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Purchasing role.
  • Previous experience in Supermarkets/Convenience Stores is an asset.
