Processes a variety of documents, including products tracker, bills of lading, order adjustments, special deliveries, shortage reports, broken items repost and product complaints to meet customer needs and to maintain complete and accurate records
Handle with the shipping company regarding delays or any other complaints, resolve problems as appropriate and follow up with customers to ensure resolution.
Communicate with customers regarding the reschedule and returns
Provide oversight on inventory needs assessments based on operational needs and inventory level
Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines
Additional duties as required within the limits of the position.
