- Source, screen, schedule, conduct interviews, and process all prospective candidates.
- Conduct screening interviews over the phone.
- Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods – web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals, and contacts.
- Adhere to MAVINZ recruitment policies.
- Assist in developing recruitment forms.
- Ensure unique professional candidate experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Major Human Resources, or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research, and personal network.
- E-commerce recruitment experience is preferable.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently.
