About the Job
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and transcribing.
  • Create and maintain a proper filling for the company.
  • Attend meetings, prepare and communicate the minutes of meeting.
