Job Description
- Management of production line and ensuring the product quality
- Preparation of production schedule in coordination with Planning.
- Coordination with Warehouse on logistics and stock levels.
- Coordination with Procurement to ensure supply of materials for the production schedule.
- Coordination with Maintenance Supervisor to ensure smooth running of production line
- Ensuring health and safety of product and team members throughout entire production process, in coordination with Quality Supervisor
- Planning and budgeting of equipment and resource
- Prepare monthly production performance reports
Job Requirements
- Excellent in English & MS office skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership skills, extensive experience managing a team
- Creative problem-solving skills
- A drive to succeed, motivated
- Ability to meet deadlines and ensure financial goals are achieved
