Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the electrical maintenance team to ensure efficient operation of all electrical systems.
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and systems within the facility.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose electrical issues, troubleshoot faults, and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance and minimize disruption to production.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate junior technicians to enhance team performance and technical skills.
- Assist in the planning and execution of electrical projects and upgrades.
- Monitor inventory of electrical supplies and coordinate procurement as needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year and up to 5 years of experience in electrical supervision or a related field.
- Proven experience in supervising electrical maintenance teams in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and practices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as required.
