About the Job
  • Answer customer inquiries related to the company
  • Replying to direct message on social media.
  • Moderate ads on a daily basis to make sure that the ad content follow our company policy
  • Report user behavior trends to  team leaders
  • Provide good user experience by moderating ads in timely manner
  • Handle ads publishing
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
  • Follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Create, Develop, implement and manage our social media accounts
  • Moderate the comments and messages
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
