About the Job
  • Territory mapping: Setting sales target per territory for sales team and its phasing across the year.
  • Building business plans: Planning and organizing of territory/area activities. Assist and participate in executing sales campaigns, seminars, symposium, and ensure successful execution.
  • Handling meetings logistics in coordination with the department administration.
  • Resources allocation including samples, materials and people allocation.
  • Implementing marketing plans to meet company objectives of sales through monthly follow up with the relevant product manager to monitor product performance and progress.
  • Studying and analyzing market data and providing business decisions accordingly.
  • Watching closely the competition in the area.
  • Collection of direct sales & follow up of team collection status.
  • Controlling expenditures according to budget requirements.
  • Handling sales team and customers’ problem solving efficiently and effectively.
  • Building strong and long term relationship with customers and respond to their needs.
  • Preparing and submitting periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales growth, daily and monthly reports on activities, visits, competitor, sales achievement to Line Manager.
Job Requirements
  • Have a Medical Discipline: Pharmacy, Vet, or Science graduates.
  • High ability of Business Planning & Planning Execution.
  • Skillful in Team Management and Motivation.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience as a District Manager.
  • Max Age 35
