Job Description
- Leading a group of workers in the site Work shop preserving scheduled preventive maintenance intervals and repairing damages and malfunctions for heavy equipment such as concrete pump, concrete mixer
- Dump trucks, and Pickup trucks. make monthly , weekly & daily maintenance report
- Managing heavy equipment workshop to execute all types of maintenance and repair for servicing equipments such as concrete plants, chillers, ice plants, generators, air compressors, conveyor belts, concrete recycling units, mobile and stationary concrete pumps, concrete transit mixers, dump trucks, loaders, tractors, forklifts, buses, service cars, vehicles, etc…
- Prepare requisitions for the issue of correct materials, tools and safety equipment.
- Coordinate issue of equipment with Material Management Department, to ensure required stock availability.
- Initiate and develop specific mechanical repair procedures and work instructions.
- Supervise work execution and carrying out mechanical routine jobs, troubleshooting to mechanical faults.
- Introduce systems and tools to the complex that will continuously, and where possible in a step change, improve the availability of the complex.
- Responsible for service and maintenance of all sorts of mobile equipment and heavy trucks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering mechanical department
- 2 to5 years of experience
- Governmental university is a must
- Good communication skills
- Have the ability to lead team of technicians & labors
- Hard worker
