Quality Management Systems (QMS):
Designed and implemented QMS across all farm divisions, including the factory, distillation units, beekeeping operations, water stations, soil analysis lab, and kitchen hygiene (swab testing).
Ensured compliance with ISO, HACCP, GMP standards, and relevant health and environmental regulations.
Led both internal and external audits, addressing and closing corrective action points efficiently.
Process and Production Quality Control:
Supervised routine inspections of production lines, distillation units, and packaging processes.
Developed and executed control plans for inspecting raw materials, in-process samples, and final products.
Authorized product releases based on conformance to required specifications.
Beekeeping Operations:
Ensured proper hygiene practices in honey extraction and storage.
Implemented protocols to minimize contamination and pesticide residues.
Water Stations & Soil Testing Laboratory:
Oversaw water quality testing processes, ensuring compliance with drinking water standards.
Monitored soil analysis activities to support sustainable agricultural practices.
Produced regular reports on water and soil quality for internal review and external compliance.
Kitchen Hygiene (Microbiological Testing - Swabs):
Established hygiene monitoring programs for kitchen areas.
Conducted regular microbiological swab tests to ensure food safety and cleanliness.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintained comprehensive records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
Compiled and submitted periodic quality performance reports to senior management.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in an agricultural or agri-food production environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP).
- Experience in managing audits and official inspections.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
