Key Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision:
Support the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity. - Sales Performance:
Drive and monitor individual and team sales targets. Provide regular feedback and coaching to improve sales techniques. - Customer Experience:
Ensure that all customers receive an outstanding shopping experience aligned with brand standards. Handle customer issues and complaints professionally. - Visual Merchandising:
Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards according to company guidelines. Ensure the store is tidy, organized, and visually appealing at all times. - Inventory Management:
Support stock management processes including receiving deliveries, stock replenishment, and stock loss prevention. - Reporting:
Assist in generating sales reports, tracking KPIs, and providing insights to improve store performance. - Store Operations:
Help ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
