Job Description
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly financial forecasts
- Perform variance analysis by comparing actual results to budgeted figures
- Prepare detailed and insightful financial and management reports
- Support strategic decision-making by delivering accurate financial analysis
- Ensure financial reporting complies with internal controls and reporting standards
- Collaborate with various departments to gather budget inputs and monitor financial performance
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial data across reporting systems
- Ensure adherence to reporting deadlines and organizational financial policies
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of financial best practices
- Assist with audits and regulatory reporting as needed
Job Requirements

- Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Experience in a similar role within a mid-to-large size organization.
- Prior experience with Oracle.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Solid understanding of IFRS/GAAP and internal financial controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization).
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools and business intelligence software is an advantage.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Language:
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus if the role is based in the MENA region.
