Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an English Customer Service Agent located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The English Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing customer support, satisfaction, service, and experience. Day-to-day tasks will include handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Job Requirements
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Experience in providing excellent customer satisfaction, service, and experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult customers and situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
