Job Description
- Responsible to coordinate between engineering department and projects.
- Review projects shop drawings and meet projects deadlines.
- Monitor cost forecasts and actual, reviewing periodic cost reports for each project.
- Perform cost analysis and advising project managers on cost over-runs in a timely manner.
- Recognize which areas of project development need to be re-addressed in order to maintain efficiency and cost control.
- Administer market budget, track and report project finances.
- Conduct vendor and internal audits to review accuracy, quality and completeness of database records and documents.
- Issue risk management reports.
- Review quantities for client and sub-contractors' invoices and consequently budget updates reports based on updated quantities.
- Conduct performance appraisals /feedback sessions to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
- Recommend training and professional development plan for engineering staff.
- Participating in management meetings to conceptualize strategic plans to meet the long term organization objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of Architecture Engineering.
- 8-10 years of experience.
- Revit is a must, BIM is additional.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Able to work in Cairo and Alexandria
- Organizational, leadership and people management skills
- Effective communication within team.
- Ability to set long term strategy and vision independently, and lead execution.
- Honest and ethical with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
