Job Description
- Managing the operation to transport goods, distribute tasks and work orders to trucks and cars.
- Responsible for managing and directing truck and car drivers.
- Participate in the performance of the truck driver selection process in cooperation with the Human Resources Department.
- Supervising the performance of traffic licenses, car insurance (insurance) for both trucks and vehicles.
- Preparing and submitting reports to the Marketing and Sales Department on the extent to which customers' needs are met through carrying out transportation tasks.
- Supervising and monitoring the movement of trucks and cars through the GBS device
- How to deal with GBS in locating trucks and cars.
- Make daily reports via GBS
- Issuing duties and work assignments for all employees in the department.
- Supervising the process of organizing the internal movement of trucks.
- Checking the vehicles to ensure their validity before handing them over to the beneficiary
- Enumerating and recording integrated data and information about the movement of vehicles and equipment and their locations.
