About the Job

Customer Service Responsibilities list:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Age: Not older than 38 years old.
  • Language Skills: Good command of English language.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Professional in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
