About the Job
  • Report daily activities to CS Team Leader/ Supervisor and service helpdesk
  • Respond to customers’ calls and handle them based on agreed upon quality standards and customers’ SLAs.
  • Perform new ATM installations, ATM staging or sites inspection and other planned preventive maintenance visits
  • Assist Customer in regards to (training, phone support, onsite support, …..)
  • Close calls effectively on incidents management system
  • Keep, maintain all his hardware & software tools in a healthy condition and report continuously the cases of tools failure or any extra tools
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering or computer science
  • Good command of spoken and written English Language
  • Excellent Communication and problem solving skills
