Job Description
- Update and filter old customers data
- Show-up and present new products / promotions to current customers
- Monitoring VIPs lost / won leads.
- Calling current leads and verify their needs
- Follow -up with different departments for sending the financial quotation to send it the customers
- Follow-up with leads in case of postponing their purchase order till closing the deal.
- Supplying clients with all inquiries (data sheet- catalogs- product information…..)
- Support Marketing manager with all tools to verify and obtain accurate ROI for both Retail and Corporate.
- Prepare statistical report about items, needs, and wants
Job Requirements

- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- High school diploma
