Job Description
- Produce inbound / outbound planning, forecasting and estimation of workload and picks; define timelines and plans in coordination with B2B activities.
- Work closely with Business functions to clarify forecasts, needs and improvements.
- Be the referent person for Customer Service Department, IT Department, Purchase Department, Finance Department, all Business functions and the logistic provider.
- Control stock levels and support the business, managing warehouse work-flows and stock movements;
- Monitor warehousing activities (KPI) and carriers to ensure the expected lead-time deliveries.
- Design the procedures to be shared with the Business and the logistic provider, such as the outbound accessory activities or the reconditioning rules of returns;
- Take care of cost control.
- Appropriately manage the underlying activities needed to achieve or exceed margin and profitability goals for the region.
- Participate in overall e-commerce B2C services and processing with a focus on improving fulfillment and operational excellence.
- Setting the direction and managing the deliverables of the assigned sales team.
- Develop and optimize product models. Monitor market dynamics, including customer and competitor developments and funnels relevant information in the industry.
- Manage and participate in the development and scheduling of special projects such as exhibition, public relations events, promotions, etc.
- Have strong business sense with the ability to drive the growth, directly impact the building of new solutions.
- Provide continuous feedback to management on both successes and challenges of the business.
- Provide input to the development of strategic sales plans that reflect the company's business strategy to advance market share and achieve profitable growth.
- Coordinate a junior profile that will take care of weekly reporting activities; procedures’ drafting; stock levels monitoring and movements alignment between systems.
- Manage, process, and track customer orders to ensure accuracy, and timely arrival of online orders (customer account management).
- Improve Marketplace reviews and performance
- Evaluating and processing RMA requests
- Documenting product issues, providing customer feedback and generate summarized reports to Product Managers and Operational Departments.
- Proactively manage and maintain high customer satisfaction & logistics metric scores for our online store and Marketplace Channels.
- Responding to customer support inquiries as quickly and accurately as possible via phone, chat and email.
- Responsible for reporting on campaign performance, working alongside other marketing team members to track ROI.
- Share insights and recommendations based on industry news, competitor activity and trend forecasts – ensuring that all creative and channels are delivering are best in class campaigns.
- Manage and communicate the timings and deliverables to all stakeholders involved in the campaigns, to ensure a fully integrated campaign is delivered on time and within budget.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing & Sales to deliver the annual plan and the Product Development team to deliver on product launches – ensuring that the campaign creative is relevant and in the right medium
- Develop and improve sales strategies, scripts and lead sources
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to find the highest impact improvements to customer experience
Job Requirements
- Business Bachelor degree or any relevant degree
- Logistics background is a must.
- 10 years+ in a marketing or sales management role, ideally from a consumer brand business
- Experience working with a CRM
- Knowledgeable in market trends and practices of B2C logistics
