Job Description

  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the localization services industry, including market trends, competitors, and marketing goals. 
  • Brainstorming and proposing innovative ideas for inbound marketing campaigns to engage our target audience. 
  • Overseeing content specialists and contributing to creating engaging marketing materials, including blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and more. 
  • Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns against key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjusting strategies as needed. 
  • Utilizing analytics and data to develop effective content strategies and improve campaign performance. 
  • Staying current with industry best practices, strategies, and offerings related to inbound marketing.
  • Creating, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social media, inbound marketing, email marketing, and events to increase customer acquisition.

Job Requirements

Education and Certifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in B2B & B2C international marketing, advertising, market research, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

Technical Skills: 

  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Conversion Rate Optimization.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other social media advertising platforms. 

Content Creation Skills: 

  • Proficient in copywriting and graphic design (using tools like Adobe Illustrator and Canva). 
  • Strong visual storytelling and blogging skills. Marketing Management Tools: 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot). 
  • Experience with email marketing software (Mailchimp, Constant Contact). 
  • Proficient in using tools like Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.

Other Marketing Skills: 

  • Strong strategic planning and marketing research abilities. 
  • Experience in customer journey mapping and A/B testing. 
  • Skilled in social media outreach and engagement strategies.
