- Handle customer inquires, and complaint about the product and service through all channels
- Promote the service through all channels voice and written
- Ensure that procedures are followed and each customer receive high-quality service
Work Conditions
- 8 working hours 9 AM - 10 PM with rotational days off
- 5 working days

Job Requirements

- Very good communication skills (oral, and written)
- Very good command of Arabic

- Good organizational and administration skills
