Job Description

  • Handle customer inquires, and complaint about the product and service through all channels
  • Promote the service through all channels voice and written
  • Ensure that procedures are followed and each customer receive high-quality service

Work Conditions

  • 8 working hours 9 AM - 10 PM with rotational days off
  • 5 working days

Job Requirements

  • 0-1 years experience in the customer service field
  • Excellent customer service attitude and mindset
  • Very good communication skills (oral, and written)
  • Very good command of Arabic
  • Very good command of English
  • Very good knowledge of Google Drive, Docs. Sheets
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good organizational and administration skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving mindset
