Digital Marketing Specialist

• We are looking for someone who will act as an account owner, a social media expert who have strong digital marketing qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Manages end-to-end digital projects
• Operates as the point of contact for assigned clients
• Plan, create and implement marketing strategies
• Creates content calendars, web content and presentations
• Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
• Makes sure clients receive requested services in a timely manner
• Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
• Manage projects, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
• Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
• Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
• Keep records of client transactions
