About the Job
  • Maintain Amoun accounting & costing material master.
  • Purchase price variances monitor & analysis.
  • Inventory movement analysis.
  • Subcontracting Fees, product variance control & analysis.
  • Production orders revision.
  • Raw material dispensing control.
  • Production variances calculation, review & analysis.
  • Inventory periodic & year-end physical counts.
  • Monitor consignment inventory & reconcile with suppliers & settle differences.
  • Inventory of aging & DOH analysis.
  • Communicate expired & nearly expired materials in order to take the best action.
  • Monitor cost center inventory consumption.
  • Institutional Business profitability studies & approving official correspondence letters with distributors.
  • Maintain a reconciliation account with Merck & process quarterly due to payments.
  • Undergo monthly financial accounting closing procedures & necessary accounting entries.
  • Provide assistance to other functions within the company concerning new business models or infrequent situations.
  • Ensure that all company processes with financial impact are in compliance with Egyptian & international accounting standards.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor of Commerce
  • Analytical & Reporting skills, Detail Oriented
  • Previous experience in Inventory accounting, Accounts payable or Financial Accounting
