Job Description
- Review consultant DWG, Shop DWG
- Prepares the shop drawing for Finishing, and construction projects.
- Prepares as-built drawings at the end of the project and hands over to the project consultant.
- Prepares sub-contractors periodically invoices and compares it according to the project budget.
- Prepares materials cut off list, procurement plan, leading negotiation meetings with suppliers and analyzes technical & financial offers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering.
- 5+ years' experience as a Technical Office Engineer.
