Job Description
- Analysis and survey of competitions and accordingly positioning of the right product in the market
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the sales team.
- Maintain consistent contact and provide sales and service to all customers in all channels (retailers, distributors, key accounts, Modern Trade.
- Assist the company with promotional ideas to increase business.
- Achieve sales revenue numbers, budget & profit goals.
- Manage quarterly/annual sales budgets and objectives.
- Understand and utilize syndicated data to identify sales opportunities and develop sales presentations
- Provide feedback to management from key retail and distributor customers.
- Launching of new products and adding new product
Job Requirements
- Beholder degree in business administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience in FMCG filed from 5 to 10 years including at least 3 years in the same position with well-known FMCG Companies.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Strong planning and analysis skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
