Job Requirements

As a IT Technical Support (Remote) you should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Computer Sciences or Information systems
  • A minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience in a customer service
  • Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
  • Ability to follow guided paths to solve customer questions/concerns
  • Good Knowledge about CCNA – MCSA

Technical Skills:

  • Remarkable experience in providing Remote Technical Support
  • S/W Troubleshooting experience (Outlook, Antivirus, drivers & Etc.. )
  • Operating Systems Windows / OS MAC / Linux is a plus
  • Familiarity with Support Ticket systems
  • Knowledge for Backup Software
  • Troubleshooting Internet Connectivity
