Job Description
- Increasing company sales by opening new accounts with companies, institutions and opening new markets.
- Maintaining and growing sales for new and existing client base.
- To support in developing an effective sales strategy to attract new & additional sales.
- Meet and exceed all agreed sales targets set by Upper Management.
- Maintain and accurately update customer records, status in CRM.
- Efficiently respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Observe and analyze the market, competitors and help to create a solid B2B sales plan.
- Develop and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Produce a clear and accurate Event and Seasons Calendar relative to year events as part of the sales approach strategy.
- Build a strong relationship with the accounts under the scope.
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand.
- Think critically when planning to assure business success.
- Develop market-based relationships in the industry & open doors with new clients.
- Ensure proper handling of all the sales team reports.
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
- Communicate new ideas and issues as they arise.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of experience in sales.
- Learning and development sales background is a plus.
- B2B sales background is a huge advantage.
- Good English and computer skills
