About the Job
  • Provide effective thought leadership with the ability to clearly explain the latest UX concepts and understanding to the product owner and business leaders
  • Gather internal and external requirements and create an overall UX concept and strategy
  • Translate customer needs into effective, valuable solutions and communicate solutions to
  • Transform an idea into a well-structured, efficient, user experience
  • Conceptualize new design solutions - bringing them to life through comps, wireframes, rapid prototypes, and final designs and templates
  • Develop the full stack of UX deliverables, from personas and storyboards to information architecture and interaction design, to UI design and wireframes, as well as visual standards
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
  • Create and manage interaction design spec documents including conceptual models, sketches, process flow diagrams, wireframes, storyboards, visual design mockups, page schematics, and interactive prototypes
  • Design clean, fresh and current user interfaces regardless of device (mobile/TV/tablet/Web/etc.)
  • Continually tailor existing experiences to fit that of the digital user
  • Create and apply brand frameworks within product lines and across the entire portfolio, ensuring a cohesive brand experience for customers
  • Possess an ability & desire to actually do the work needed to get from UX concepts to final product
  • Rapidly prototype new ideas, and produce high-fidelity mockups when necessary.
  • Design, develop and launch testing, targeting and optimization activities
Job Requirements
  • 7 to 8 years of UI/UX experience
  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer
  • Portfolio with systematic and creative design thinking and deep understanding of UI/UX best practices
  • Recognize and predict user interaction, including a happy path and edge cases
  • An excellent communicator and hard-working with a positive attitude
  • Excellent Leadership Skills.
