Warranty Engineer

• Responsible for applying Škoda Warranty / goodwill guidelines and SOPs to each Warranty case.
• Responsible for checking, verifying and processing all warranty Job orders.
• Responsible to submitting all warranty claims on system on a proper way to assure no charge back.
• Report daily to the warranty manager and service manager.
• Be updated with the latest updates related to the warranty guidelines and SOPs.
• Handling customers with warranty claims if needed to maintain highly customer satisfaction index.
• Attend service center/ warranty meetings if called.
• Approve service center's warranty invoices after repair approval based on findings.
• Responsible for assuring quality of operation for all warranty cases as mentioned in service core steps.
• Review and validate monthly warranty credit notes and clarify any uncollected cases.
