Job Description
- decision maker for all warranty cases for dealership.
- Manage all factory recalls, announcements, campaigns and procedures.
- Handling warranty claims for Nissan networks.
- Follow up on all justifications regarding warranty cases.
- Control all needs of special coverage, Goodwill contribution, extended warranty and pre-approvals.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
- A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication expertise
- Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Service Advisor
