Job Description
- Prepare time plan for the running project and have the capability to update them during site visits
- Performs project costing related reporting; such as cost control & cash flow reports (weekly & monthly reports)
- Responsible for developing various cost estimates levels for various projects.
- Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the Senior QS
- Provide advice on contractual claims
- Coordinate with Operations, Contracts & Procurement Departments to monitor and review variation orders and update database of projects accordingly, identify cost, budget, cash flow and schedule impact of proposed changes.
- Develop, implement and maintain Project Planning & Scheduling strategy, plans, and procedures, reflecting both Company and contractor roles & responsibilities.
- Develop preliminary schedules and establish key dates for all phases of Projects (Tendering, FEED, and Execution).
- Review and analysis of Contractors’ initial Planning Package (Schedules, Network, CPA, procedures, etc.)
- Analyze monthly schedule submittals and prepare input into overall monthly Project reports
- Carry out Schedule Risk Analysis. Identify schedule slippages and potential slippages and develop and propose mitigation actions.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress.
- Coordinate with the Cost Control function within the Project Management team and contractors, to ensure that project cost phasing is kept up to date in line with current forecasts.
- Prepare the Integrated Planning / Scheduling contribution to the Monthly Project Report and specific reports/presentations.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the same position
- Employer side Experience is a must
- MEP projects Experience is a must
- Experience in Value Engineering.
- Bachelor degree in Arch/Civil/Mechanical Engineering
