Job Description
- Plan is to operate and manage the processes of executing purchase orders and orders of supplies of raw materials and components and the number and machinery needed to implement projects in different locations in order to ensure the realization of the project plan.
- Follow-up with the purchasing manager the requests to be executed first and foremost in order to include them in the implementation plan.
- Follow-up on the implementation of the procurement plan developed with purchasing representatives through follow-up models to ensure that the plans of other projects in the sector are not affected.
- Continuous coordination with purchasing managers in the implementation of the procurement plan and supply orders in order to ensure that the projects do not stop the implementation of the necessary purchase orders.
- Ensure scrudoing of the supplier's commitment to supply in accordance with the technical specifications adopted by the Procurement Department by following up with the control of materials and purchases in accordance with the time targets set for this order.
- Preparing the necessary periodic reports on the results of the implementation of the operating plan of the procurement department with the aim of presenting to the direct president takes the necessary corrective measures in case of deviations in the execution of purchase orders and supply orders in coordination with related activities (purchases - stores - ...).
