Job Requirements
  • 5-10 years’ experience in customer success, escalation management, Enterprise software solution deployment working closely with services, sales,product, and engineering,
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills with a genuine commitment to customer success.
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience in software or other relevant field.
  • Strong background in OpenShift, SQL, Java/C++ and scripting.
  • Experience with infrastructure and distributed systems in a cloud environment.
