Job Description
- Plan and execute all digital marketing platforms ( website, Instagram, Facebook, SEO, etc)
- Analyzes site traffic and campaign performance through the use of web analytics (including A/B testing) and conversion.
- Developing strategies to increase the number of visitors.
- Oversee all the company's social media accounts.
- Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
- Manages email and social media marketing campaigns.
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Develops and manages projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects.
- Regularly tracks and gets insights into competitors' strategies.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Photoshop and video editing skills
- Attention to details and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in real-estate is an asset
