Job Description
Business Partnership
- Strongly partner with business to surface ground-level risks/ challenges being faced, and help devise solutions for the same.
- Be abreast of latest trends in industry in terms of best-practices in HR and recommend improvements basis the same
Talent Acquisition
- Proactively shape and own all talent priorities to align to our long-term business strategy and evolving needs.
- Review and analyze department level data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Plan and lead OLX Egypt Employer branding initiatives.
Organizational Development
- Lead the performance review & appraisal process.
- Work with business stakeholders to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement initiatives.
- Transform the learning and development practices and take it to a different level.
- Identifying needs/problems of employees through formal/ informal channels and work to address them.
- Champion planning and proper execution of global and local D&I initiatives.
Total Rewards
- Design and recommend various total rewards initiatives so as to attract and retain required talent pool.
- Contributing in the annual headcount planning and budget exercise.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in diverse HR functions.
- Strategic oversight but at the same time a hands-on attitude and the ability handle ambiguity
- You have work experience in high pace environments.
- You are passionate about online and have deep interest in developing startup businesses.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic and advisory perspective; strong business judgment
- Creative insight and delivery of practical HR solutions to meet business challenges
- Results-orientation with a superior ability to execute as well as creatively solve problems
- Combined analytical and persuasion skills with a comfort and flexibility level to work with all levels the organization including senior management
- Ability to analyze human capital data to identify business improvement opportunities
- Sound conflict resolution and project management experience and abilities.
- Perfect command of written and spoken English.
