Job Description

Nozha Language Schools "Cairo - Ismailia road branch" looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing technology project's time and scope.
  • Responsibilities include: project plan, communication plan, allocating tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree at any field and IT is preferable
  • Proven 1-2 years experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • 1-2 years experience in Software management and tracking
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • B/c, additional experience in IT Field is a plus
