Job Description
Nozha Language Schools "Cairo - Ismailia road branch" looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to be responsible for:
- Developing and managing technology project's time and scope.
- Responsibilities include: project plan, communication plan, allocating tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree at any field and IT is preferable
- Proven 1-2 years experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- 1-2 years experience in Software management and tracking
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- B/c, additional experience in IT Field is a plus
