Job Description
- Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Handles staff attendance and reports.
- Act as company representative towards social insurance offices, labor office and other labor authorities.
- Coordinate procurement function: dealing with suppliers, collecting offers, issuing & receiving POs
- Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
- Responsible for following up on Head Office & Plant cars maintenance schedules and renewal of licenses & Follow up on car insurance and invoices.
- Responsible for ordering and maintenance claims of Head office & plant furniture, plantation, decorations and any other office equipment, except for computers and software.
Job Requirements
- +8 years of exp.
- Decision maker, Planner, Organizer
- Communication Skills.
- Very good computer skills.
- Experience in real construction companies is preferred.
