Job Description
- Understand each project's requirements/budget.
- Strictly maintain time schedule/plan/budget (costs and invoicing).
- Control operations and overcome project problems.
- Divide and follow up work among subordinates effectively.
- Handle clients/owners representatives/ consultants.
- Manage resources, subcontractors and labor effectively.
- Coordinate between all stakeholders clients, subcontractors, staff, top management and other company departments.
