DigiSay is the biggest MCN (Multi-Channel Network) in Egypt and the 3rd largest in the Middle East. Right now are transforming ourselves into a digital media company (including production, marketing, and distribution of digital media). Our overall objective is to become the biggest digital media company in the EMEA region by 2021.
Job Responsibilities
- Handling the tasks of the day to day operation.
- Monitoring the company operations cycle and handling escalated issues.
- Providing full support and guidance to the company team in day to day operations when needed and send them all the reports they need to submit to clients.
- Working and coordinating with multiple departments and teams in the company.
- Working closely with company employees as well as hiring new labor when needed.
- Developing and deploying strategies and processes to reach the company’s goals.
- managing all phases of assigned projects and activities.
- Organizing and prioritize projects and tasks to meet deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor`s Degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years experience in the same role.
- Call center background is preferable.
- Be strategically-minded.
- Familiarity with digital media platforms and applications.
