Job Description
- Receiving the Hiring Request from the Line Managers.
- Prepare Pool tracking sheet.
- Posting the job post through different internet sources.
- Conduct phone interview then face to face interview mainly for the Blue Collars.
- Coordinate with the line manager to meet the shortlisted candidates.
- Conducting exit interviews for the resigned employees.
- Follow up with the accepted candidates with preparing their hiring documents and their starting date.
- Prepare monthly reports related to the tracking sheets.
Job Requirements
- BSc. in Business Administration or any related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment especially in Blue Collars.
- Excellent communication & problem solving skills.
- Very good in MS Office.
