Job Overview
- Responsible for managing a factory around 75-100 Stitching Machine. Will be Responsible for Productivity, Lead-time, Quality, and Recruitment and Daily Communication between workshops and stores and HO.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Will be heading a factory of around 75-100 stitching Machine for thobe Production.
- Highly Energetic Person, need to be on the floor & Involve and manage the Production floor with High Efficiency.
- Will be responsible for Production Capacity buildup and subsequent recruitment.
- Will be responsible for communications with all store related Product Quality, Delivery.
- Will be able to do efficiently Production Planning & control (PPC).
- Will be able to maintain all Daily and Monthly reports, do analyses and action plans & Implement them.
Job Requirements
- Past Experience in Woven Garment Production for more than 10 Years as Production Supervisor or Manager.
- Good Communication Skill in English /Arabic
- Knows Basic Computer Knowledge like Email/outlook, MS Office (Excel, Word, ppt).
- Degree from any reputable university.
- Industry-related experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent in man-management.\Has knowledge of Modular Production System and Single Piece Production System and effectively able to manage the production Floor.
- Has knowledge of Pattern and able to manage all technical problems that may arise.
