- Provide support to Senior Management including managing schedules, coordinate meetings and teleconferences, and managing calls and mail
- Provide support in organizing meetings in the Film and Media production sectors.
- Prepare monthly reports for Senior Management
- Collaborate and work closely with team assistants
- Provide support in employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- Review Purchase Orders (POs) as required from business and related functions, filing of expense claims and managing the petty cash
- Responsible for managing all administrative matters such as the maintenance and supplies for all general office equipment and stationery
- Evaluate and conduct regular reviews with respective service providers and stakeholders to achieve a well-balanced optimization of quality, service and cost-effectiveness while meeting business needs
- Execute and support projects relating to office administration functions, e.g. Business Continuity Planning, etc.
- Any other administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or similar field of study
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in corporate office administrative environment
- Strong time management, project management, and organization skills
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Professional communication skills both written and spoken, with a strong eye for detail
- A self-starter, with a positive working attitude and ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively under tight timelines
- Resourceful, meticulous, and a team player who is able to work well with all levels
- Proficient in MS Office applications
