Job Description

  • Responsible for collaboration and communication with Sales team as needed
  • Setting new sales opportunities on SAP with accurate data and updating status
  • Increase sales effectiveness by facilitating sales process
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Processing sales orders from opening the opportunity till order delivery
  • Organize customers collection & credit with sales team.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of orders by organizing products collection from different warehouses
  • Coordinate between departments to finalize sales offers.
  • Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Follow up sales team visits

Job Requirements

  • Males only
  • BSc/BA in business administration or any relevant field.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • ERP system experience is preferred.
  • Good English Level
  • Proven experience in sales experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
