Job Description
- Responsible for collaboration and communication with Sales team as needed
- Setting new sales opportunities on SAP with accurate data and updating status
- Increase sales effectiveness by facilitating sales process
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Processing sales orders from opening the opportunity till order delivery
- Organize customers collection & credit with sales team.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of orders by organizing products collection from different warehouses
- Coordinate between departments to finalize sales offers.
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Follow up sales team visits
Job Requirements
- Males only
- BSc/BA in business administration or any relevant field.
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- ERP system experience is preferred.
- Good English Level
- Proven experience in sales experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
